1. Who we are
Estimify is operated by Štěpán Fichtner, Zámecká 100, 549 57 Teplice nad Metují, Czech Republic, IČO 05812429, registered in the Czech Trade Licensing Register, not a VAT payer (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at info@estimify.app. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. The service
Estimify is a web application for creating and managing price quotes. We provide the service “as is” and continuously improve it; features may change over time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
3. Accounts and organizations
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for activity under your account. Data belongs to the organization it was created in; the organization owner controls membership and billing. Up to 5 members per organization are included.
4. Billing
The subscription costs €19 per month per organization and is billed through Stripe. There is no free trial — the first charge happens immediately when you subscribe, and again on each monthly renewal. You can cancel anytime — the subscription then runs until the end of the paid period. If a payment fails, we keep full access for a 7-day grace period, after which the workspace becomes read-only until payment is resolved.
5. Your data
Quotes, clients and other content you create remain yours. If your subscription ends, your data stays stored and readable (read-only) so you can export it or resubscribe. See the Privacy Policy for how we process personal data.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Estimify for unlawful activity, do not attempt to breach its security or access other organizations' data, and do not resell the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
7. Liability
Estimify is a tool for preparing quotes; you are responsible for the content and accuracy of quotes you send to your clients. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the app at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
